The graphics, coding, and layout are owned by Ship Shape Designs (henceforth "the site") and may be used in promotional items for the site . Purchasing this template grants the right to purchaser (henceforth client) to use this design on one (1) domain. Use on additional domains requires purchasing an additional template license. Once a template is purchased as a One-of-a-kind (henceforth OOAK) it will be removed from other areas where it is for sale on the site. Once a template is purchased as a Limited Edition Template (henceforth LE) it will be removed from the OOAK section. Once all of the LE template licenses have been sold, it will be retired and removed as a for sale item.
The linkback must remain on the LE templates. It is not required but is appreciated on the OOAK templates.
