Schedule:
Site maintenance will now be done bi-weekly on the first (1st) and fifteenth (15th) of every month. We now require seven (7) days notice to complete maintenance jobs, so in order to get your updates completed you must have your maintenance requests submitted by 7:00pm EST on the eighth (8th) and twenty-fourth (24th) of every month.

Fee's:
All maintenance fees are due the first (1st) of every month through the website. Payments made after the first (1st) are subject to a late fee of $5.00, and payments past the tenth (10th) are subject to a late fee of $10.00. Payments past the twentieth (20th) will be applied to the following month.

Urgent changes:
If you would like maintenance updates made that are not within the time frame, such as urgent changes, you will billed per hour at a rate of $20.00 with a minimum of one hour. Please contact us prior to this as we have other projects that we are working at and may be unable to accommodate an urgent request. If the maintenance included in the package does not fit your needs, please contact us. This is our very basic package, and we do offer a la cart add on options for maintenance. However, if you will need the updates on a consistent basis we can work with you to create a package that will work for you.
