Getting Started + The List
To help keep our 2-3 week turnarounds, we'd like to receive the information requested below, prior to starting your site, to ensure a beautiful and prompt site design.

(1) Your envisioned idea for your site. To help click here to view samples of our layout ideas. 

(2) The layout including your ideas you have for the look and style. Including, colors, images, positioning, and the overall look of the design.  Please keep in mind, what feel you are going for as well. (e.i, Whimsy, Corporate, Retro, Boutique...ect.)

(3) It helps to have on your list, the pages/categories you need in the order you want them. (Example: About, Gallery, Pricing, Contact.) these would be considered your main pages/links. There will potentially be sub-pages/sub-categories, which include (Example: MAIN= Gallery, SUB= Boys/Girls/Multiples/Adoption).   A basic outline of your site idea, the the specific pages and categories you need is the first step.  A simple stick figure drawing can be made if it makes it any easier.  

(4) Site content. Your verbiage and text of your pages, ordering options, and descriptions, must be already written.  This includes, images location, and what you want on the content pages in the layout/form you want. If you have an image/graphic you want us to create or have your own, and want it placed specifically on a site page, in a specific location, we need that noted in your site content section.   Unfortunately, this is a must, and must be completed prior to us starting any site design, this helps ensure the fast turnaround time, to get your site live.  The List, can be sent via, Microsoft Word or Works, WordPad, Notepad, PSD, faxed/scanned or mailed to us.  info@ship-shape-designs.com

Waiting List
While we have a waiting list, we want to ensure you with the new an improved process we offer, that You shouldn't have to wait longer than 4wks for your project to be started.   You will be contacted 1 week prior to us starting on your site design.  You must have "THE LIST" ready and/or sent to us 4 days prior to us starting on your site.  This is so we can prep your site, and get hosting, domain and any other non-design issues taken care of before the design phase.

Contract Agreement
There will be a design contract that needs to be read and signed, prior to Starting your site. We can send this  to you via, e-mail, postal mail, or fax.
Once received, read and signed, please send to the address above, or fax number.

Payment
You have the choice between paying the initial 50% deposit charge, prior to starting on your site, and the final payment due the final week of finishing the site.  Or you can choose to pay in full prior to starting the site.   "Live" Site will officially go LIVE, once the final payment has been received
